This pillow cover is made of silk, which benefits both your hair and your skin. Silk contains amino acids, which gives the skin a comfortable feeling. Amino acids bind to the keratin in the skin, which is instrumental in restoring the skin. The silk material is sweat absorbent compared to regular cotton covers - This has the effect that you will not experience the sweaty tendency that can occur at night.

The silk pillowcase is made from 100% mulberry silk, which both hydrates the skin and the hair while reducing fine lines. In addition, it prevents drying out of the skin and that you do not acquire static hair and friction, which can often cause the hair to split and, in the worst case, broken strands of hair. How to wash the silk pillowcase:

• Silk is a delicate material and must therefore be washed gently!
• Does not tolerate excessive heat
• Wash in cold water or at max. 30 degrees
• Must be washed on either the silk or wool program for the gentlest wash
• Can be washed by hand. However, the fabric must not be soaked or twisted - this can damage the silk fibres
• Air dry - do NOT tumble dry
• You may experience wrinkles or folds in the cover after washing and when ironing it must be done at low heat with continuous movements and do not hold the iron for too long on the same area
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Silk is relatively self-cleaning and does not need as frequent washing as with ordinary covers
• The cover is recommended to be aired regularly
